- • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all key roles at PolicyMe, with a primary focus on hiring software engineers across multiple levels and specializations.
- • Own and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- • Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber engineering candidates in a competitive market.
- • Partner closely with engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and align on hiring priorities.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through proactive sourcing, employer branding, and network expansion.
- • Implement data-driven hiring practices by tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores.
- • Improve recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, reducing inefficiencies, and introducing scalable tools and workflows.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment, interview structure, and bias mitigation.
- • Represent PolicyMe at virtual career fairs, tech meetups, and industry events to enhance brand visibility among engineering talent.
- • Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience across all touchpoints in the hiring process.
- • Collaborate with HR and People Ops teams to integrate recruitment efforts with broader talent strategy, diversity initiatives, and employee value proposition.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external labor regulations.
- • Stay current on trends in tech hiring, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously evolve the function.
- • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, agencies, and job boards to maximize ROI and candidate quality.
- • Contribute to the development of hiring policies, documentation, and training materials for new recruiters or hiring managers.
- • Act as a cultural ambassador for PolicyMe, ensuring all hires align with company values and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter with a strong focus on engineering and software development roles
- • Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment functions in high-growth tech companies
- • Deep understanding of the software engineering talent market, including sourcing channels and candidate expectations
- • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and cross-functional leaders
- • Experience designing and implementing data-driven hiring processes
