- • Everfield AG is on a mission to foster ambition, fuel sustainable expansion, and unlock opportunities across Europe’s software ecosystem by buying, building, and growing vertical-market and specialist software companies. We provide these companies with the essential support to reach their next stage of growth, enabling them to retain their unique teams, brands, and identities while benefiting from shared expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR, finance, and operational excellence. Founded in 2022, Everfield is rapidly expanding its footprint across 7+ European countries.
- • As the Talent Acquisition Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering comprehensive recruitment strategies for our diverse portfolio of companies operating within these key regions. This multifaceted role demands a blend of hands-on recruiting, strategic stakeholder advisory, and effective change enablement, particularly within organisations that may be navigating early post-merger integration (PMI) phases, evolving hiring maturity, or operating within more traditional corporate structures. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, working across a spectrum of hiring landscapes – from established, legacy businesses to agile, modern software companies scaling at an accelerated pace. Your success will hinge on your exceptional communication skills, remarkable adaptability, and your innate ability to introduce clarity, structure, and consistency into often busy and ambiguous situations.
- • *Key Responsibilities:**
- • *Recruiting & Delivery Excellence:**
- • Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for UK & Ireland-based portfolio companies, managing a wide array of roles spanning technical, commercial, operational, and leadership functions.
- • Develop and implement bespoke recruitment strategies meticulously aligned with each company’s unique stage of maturity, distinct culture, and specific hiring environment.
- • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, rigorous screening, insightful interviews, and offer negotiation support, utilising phone, video, and in-person methodologies as appropriate.
- • Strategically leverage cutting-edge AI-driven tools, including AI sourcing agents, automated interview notetakers, and workflow automation solutions, to significantly enhance recruitment speed, improve accuracy, and elevate pipeline quality.
- • Proactively cultivate and maintain robust talent pools within our Ashby ATS and on LinkedIn, with a particular focus on identifying and engaging top-tier SaaS talent.
- • Continuously monitor and analyse critical pipeline data, including time-to-hire metrics, conversion ratios, and sourcing channel performance, to inform strategic decision-making and optimise recruitment efforts.
- • *Strategic Stakeholder Partnership:**
- • Serve as a trusted hiring consultant to stakeholders across portfolio companies, providing expert advice, guiding precise role definition, and ensuring seamless alignment throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- • Masterfully adapt your communication style to effectively engage with a diverse range of leaders, including those in conservative, founder-led, SaaS-native, or PMI-heavy organisational contexts.
- • Skillfully manage challenging or resistant stakeholders through clear, transparent, and highly structured communication, building rapport and fostering collaboration.
- • Proactively set realistic expectations from the outset, maintain consistent lines of communication, and cultivate deep trust through regular updates and insightful feedback.
- • *Operational Excellence & Project Contribution:**
- • Actively contribute to cross-regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, including the enhancement of employer branding efforts, the development of sophisticated dashboard reporting, the refinement of interview structures, and the advancement of TA capabilities across the group.
- • Provide crucial support for the implementation and widespread adoption of Workday and other integrated TA systems, offering timely troubleshooting and solutions where needed.
- • Proactively experiment with and embed AI-enabled enhancements into core TA functions such as candidate sourcing, interview preparation, performance reporting, and routine TA workflows.
- • Collaborate closely with TA leadership and fellow regional TA Managers to share valuable insights, best practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the function.
- • Oversee and manage vendor relationships, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective utilisation of recruitment tools, assessment platforms, and external recruitment partners.
- • *Change Enablement Across Portfolio Companies:**
- • Rapidly and effectively communicate Everfield’s established hiring methodologies to newly acquired companies, facilitating their smooth integration into their operational frameworks.
- • Adapt recruitment processes to accommodate company-specific contexts and nuances while rigorously maintaining consistent standards of quality and delivery.
- • Navigate complex environments where interviewer availability may be limited or where hiring maturity levels vary significantly, ensuring recruitment success despite these challenges.
