- • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at myTomorrows, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options by bridging the gap between patients and biopharma companies developing innovative therapies.
- • You will partner with hiring managers to define hiring goals and translate them into effective sourcing strategies, proactively identifying and engaging bar-raising candidates across diverse channels while managing the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure an excellent experience for every candidate.
- • You will build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future needs, with a particular focus on attracting top technical talent globally, and collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand and showcase what makes myTomorrows unique in the health tech space.
- • You will use data to track performance, report on hiring metrics, and continuously optimize the recruitment process, staying on top of industry trends—including AI in recruitment—and bringing fresh ideas to improve how we attract and assess talent.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at myTomorrows, a company with a global footprint spanning 134 countries, having supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians, and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies, and recently securing a €25M investment to fuel global ambitions and scale the business.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on technical roles, preferably in a tech-driven company.
- • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
- • Experience using ATS (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, and AI in recruitment.
- • Great communicator and relationship-builder with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- • Analytical mindset, using data to make better hiring decisions.
- • A sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
