- • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Tribe Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how fast-growing tech companies build their teams by combining data, AI, and human expertise to deliver strategic, impactful hiring solutions. This role is not about transactional recruiting but about becoming a trusted advisor who elevates hiring into a competitive advantage for clients like Wolt, Glovo, N26, and Aleph Alpha.
- • You will partner closely with scaling companies to design, execute, and continuously improve their end-to-end hiring processes—from initial intake and role definition to interview structuring, offer negotiation, and onboarding support—ensuring alignment with business goals and culture.
- • Day to day, you will build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a consultant who challenges assumptions, guides decision-making, and helps clients develop sustainable hiring practices rather than simply filling vacancies.
- • You will design and implement tailored hiring frameworks, including interview structures, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and analytics dashboards, leveraging ATS tools and data-driven insights to increase efficiency, reduce bias, and improve candidate experience.
- • You will proactively source, engage, and attract top talent for Commercial and Operations roles across diverse industries, using innovative advertising, outreach, and employer branding techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
- • You will own your client engagements with entrepreneurial accountability, measuring success not just by hires made but by long-term hiring quality, retention, and client satisfaction, positioning yourself as a strategic partner embedded within the client’s organization.
- • You will collaborate with Tribe’s global remote team of 80+ professionals across Europe, Asia, the USA, and South Africa, contributing to a culture of curiosity, clarity, impact, resourcefulness, and selflessness while sharing best practices and innovations in talent acquisition.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic talent acquisition, data-informed recruiting, stakeholder management, and hiring process optimization—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across industries.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for Commercial or Operations roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with global stakeholders and candidates.
- • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology, including the ability to configure workflows, generate reports, and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes.
- • Strong consulting mindset: ability to guide hiring managers, challenge inefficiencies, and co-create sustainable hiring cultures rather than just executing tasks.
- • Data-driven approach to recruiting, using metrics and analytics to assess process effectiveness, source quality, and candidate experience.
- • Self-starter attitude with ownership mentality—comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment while delivering consistent, high-impact results.
