- • Talent Acquisition Partner at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. supports end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles, playing a critical role in building a high-quality technical hiring process for an AI smart assistant company focused on reliable, long-running workflows and real-world task completion.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach; screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments; coordinating interviews and feedback collection; maintaining accurate ATS records; supporting recruiting projects and process improvements; and ensuring hiring operations remain organised, responsive, and on pace.
- • The role sits within A1, a small, high-bar team building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users, where the Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers in a flat, execution-driven environment that values initiative over titles.
- • The person in this role will learn technical recruiting from the ground up, gain hands-on ownership of recruitment processes, develop expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordination, and build a clear growth path toward becoming a Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialist in technical hiring.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
