As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by owning the full-cycle recruitment process across a diverse range of departments, including Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other critical functions.   • • In this strategic partnership role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from meticulously defining the ideal candidate profile for each position to successfully securing an offer acceptance. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development and enhancement of our hiring systems and practices, aiming to increase the speed and effectiveness of our recruitment engine over time. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership across all departments, wielding significant influence over the company's growth and talent acquisition strategies.   • • You will be expected to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles. This encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates, conducting initial outreach, performing thorough screening interviews, aligning stakeholders on candidate qualifications, facilitating the interview process, enabling hiring teams, and managing the offer negotiation and acceptance stages.   • • Leveraging your market expertise across both technical and Go-To-Market (GTM) talent will be essential.   • • A significant part of your contribution will be in building and refining our recruiting processes, tools, and evaluation scorecards. The goal is to enhance the speed, quality, and consistency of every hiring experience.   • • You will be responsible for tracking and transparently communicating pipeline health, key priorities, and any identified tradeoffs to stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated range across both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design) and business roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, G&A) in fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • • Proven ability to independently manage a full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer acceptance, handling multiple functions concurrently.
  • • Strong track record of partnering with hiring managers to define roles, refine requirements, and successfully recruit top-tier candidates at all levels.
  • • Ability to fluidly shift context, engaging credibly with engineering hiring managers on technical requirements and sales leaders on GTM talent within the same week.
  • • Comfort and experience in building and improving recruitment processes, including scorecards, interview frameworks, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools.
  • • Solid knowledge base and demonstrated passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting velocity and candidate quality.
  • • Excellent communication and proactive stakeholder management skills, ensuring hiring managers remain informed and aligned without constant prompting.
