- • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cast AI, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global team by attracting and hiring top talent across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. Your work directly supports Cast AI’s mission to revolutionize cloud infrastructure through AI-driven automation, enabling the company to maintain its rapid growth trajectory as a unicorn-valued SaaS leader.
- • Day to day, you will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer, leverage AI-powered tools and diverse sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, advise hiring teams on structured interviewing and candidate experience, and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure scalability and competitiveness.
