You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Your primary objective will be to elevate our hiring standards, ensuring we achieve new benchmarks in recruitment speed, the quality of candidates we bring on board, and the overall candidate experience. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where your direct contributions will have a tangible impact on the trajectory and success of our business.

• • Beyond sourcing, you will manage the entire interview process, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and develop effective interview plans. You will conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and provide valuable insights to hiring teams. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates will be crucial in ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their application journey, regardless of the outcome.
