  • • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an integral part of our mission, acting as both a skilled recruiter and a strategic talent scout. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Your primary objective will be to elevate our hiring standards, ensuring we achieve new benchmarks in recruitment speed, the quality of candidates we bring on board, and the overall candidate experience. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where your direct contributions will have a tangible impact on the trajectory and success of our business.

  • • In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our team to meet the demands of our growth. You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates, leveraging a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals. You will craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that resonate with top talent, effectively communicating Lyrebird's unique value proposition and culture.
  • • Beyond sourcing, you will manage the entire interview process, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and develop effective interview plans. You will conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and provide valuable insights to hiring teams. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates will be crucial in ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their application journey, regardless of the outcome.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve championing our employer brand. You will represent Lyrebird Health at career fairs, industry events, and online forums, showcasing our culture, mission, and the exciting opportunities available. You will also contribute to refining our recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a diverse pipeline of candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback loops are maintained. This includes scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and data integrity. Your proactive approach will ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in data-driven recruitment. You will track key recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities. This data will inform our talent acquisition strategy and help us make informed decisions about future hiring needs.
