- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and seamless communication throughout the process.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to inform hiring decisions and maintain process consistency.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment workflows.
- • Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
- • Help streamline hiring operations by identifying bottlenecks and supporting process improvements to keep recruitment moving at pace.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
- • Manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and reliability in execution.
- • Engage with early-career talent and fresh graduates who demonstrate strong interest in technical recruiting and high-potential candidates in AI and engineering fields.
- • Participate in initiatives to enhance the quality and speed of hiring without compromising on candidate experience or hiring standards.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-bar technical environment focused on AI development and reliable workflow systems.
- • Contribute to building a scalable recruitment foundation that supports A1’s mission of creating a proactive AI assistant for everyday tasks and long-running workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
