• • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at IONITY GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s workforce to support its mission of building Europe’s leading high-power charging network for electric vehicles. Your work directly contributes to accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility by attracting top talent across technical, operational, and strategic functions.
• • Day to day, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates through multiple channels (including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools), conduct structured interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and drive offer negotiations while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• • IONITY is a joint venture founded by BMW Group, Mercedes-Benz Group, Ford Motor Company, and Volkswagen Group (with Audi and Porsche), backed by significant investment to deploy over 7,000 high-power charging points across 24 European countries.
