- • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for the South Region, sourcing and hiring top-tier technical and operational talent to support ServerFarm’s 4x growth target over the next four years.
- • Partner with regional hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion goals.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles in data center operations, engineering, maintenance, and support functions across the South Region.
- • Utilize data-driven recruitment methods to track key metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience, ensuring continuous improvement in hiring efficiency.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a seamless and professional experience that reflects ServerFarm’s employer brand.
- • Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure all hiring practices adhere to company policies and legal standards in all applicable jurisdictions within the South Region.
- • Leverage ServerFarm’s InCommand platform and other internal tools to streamline candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer management processes.
- • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to broaden the talent pool and promote equitable hiring practices across regional roles.
- • Represent ServerFarm at industry events, career fairs, and university recruiting programs to strengthen employer visibility and attract emerging talent in data center and infrastructure fields.
- • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and job boards to expand reach and optimize cost-per-hire metrics.
- • Provide regular reporting to regional leadership on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and hiring challenges, offering actionable insights to inform workforce planning.
- • Support onboarding coordination by working closely with HR operations to ensure new hires receive timely orientation and integration into regional teams.
- • Adapt recruitment strategies in response to shifting market conditions, competitive hiring trends, and evolving demands from hyperscale technology customers.
- • Contribute to the development of regional talent acquisition playbooks and best practices that can be scaled across other regions as ServerFarm expands globally.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in data center infrastructure, AI-driven cloud migration, and sustainable technology to better communicate value propositions to technical candidates.
- • Manage recruitment budgets for the South Region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across sourcing channels and candidate engagement activities.
- • Act as a cultural ambassador for ServerFarm, promoting the company’s mission of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence to prospective hires.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the data center, infrastructure, or technology sectors
- • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles
- • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance standards in U.S. regional hiring contexts
- • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external vendors
- • Experience developing and executing diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives
