- • Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions within Pennant’s Hartford Healthcare at Home business unit
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies that generate candidate flow to meet recruiting goals
- • Identify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority roles
- • Manage job postings across multiple external job sites to maximize candidate visibility and application volume
- • Source and engage passive candidates using networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media platforms, and research techniques
- • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- • Screen candidates for interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, and other key criteria
- • Demonstrate strong intuition for cultural fit while evaluating candidate profiles
- • Utilize sourcing tools including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and other platforms to identify and attract top talent
- • Ensure consistent follow-through on tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Operate as a self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, communication, and data management
- • Apply proven results from past sourcing or recruiting roles to drive continuous improvement in candidate pipeline quality
- • Support the broader talent acquisition function by aligning sourcing efforts with business unit hiring priorities

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of relevant sourcing experience required
- • BA/BS degree required
- • Strong understanding of Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and other candidate sourcing tools
- • 1+ years healthcare experience preferred
- • Proven results in past roles including sourcing and/or recruiting
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office
