As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations by leading end-to-end hiring for critical technical and business positions across Poland, the European Union, and the United States. This is a hands-on recruiting role that demands a blend of proactive headhunting and comprehensive full-cycle recruitment delivery.
• • You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership to identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent that aligns with Swarmer's ambitious growth objectives and unique company culture. Your primary responsibility will be to own and meticulously execute the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes conducting thorough intake meetings to deeply understand role requirements and team needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates, and managing the entire process through to offer negotiation and a smooth handover for onboarding.
• • Proactive sourcing will be a cornerstone of your role. You will leverage a diverse range of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific communities, employee referrals, curated talent pools, and strategic event participation, to build robust pipelines for both active and passive candidates. A key aspect of your contribution will be conducting structured, competency-based interviews designed to ensure a high-quality, equitable, and unbiased evaluation of every candidate. This ensures we not only find skilled individuals but also those who are a strong cultural fit for our fast-paced environment.
• • Maintaining accurate and compliant records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, and other internal systems is crucial for operational efficiency and data integrity. You will be responsible for monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores. Providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations based on these metrics will be vital for optimizing our hiring strategies and informing leadership decisions.
• • Beyond individual role fulfillment, you will contribute significantly to our employer branding initiatives, helping to shape Swarmer's reputation as an employer of choice in the defense tech sector. This involves continuously improving our recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices.
