- • End-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for mid+ level roles across technical and non-technical functions including product, marketing, engineering, and back-office positions.
- • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to complex, high-demand roles, leveraging diverse channels and outbound recruitment techniques.
- • Conduct full-cycle interviews including introductory calls, video screenings, and competency-based interviews, providing structured and actionable feedback to hiring managers.
- • Partner closely with hiring teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and efficiency in the hiring process, making recruitment experience clear, responsive, and candidate-centric.
- • Build and maintain an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, personalized communication that strengthens employer branding and attracts top talent.
- • Apply data-driven decision-making by tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
- • Stay current with evolving talent market trends and implement innovative recruitment initiatives, including testing new tools, platforms, or methodologies with company support and budget.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with broader employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
- • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, proposing data-backed solutions, and scaling successful practices across departments.
- • Maintain high standards of professionalism, cultural fit assessment, and unbiased evaluation throughout all stages of candidate interaction.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, educating them on best practices in talent acquisition, market benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
- • Balance volume and quality by managing multiple concurrent vacancies with varying priorities, ensuring timely closure without compromising on talent standards.
- • Use analytical insights to refine job descriptions, improve interview rubrics, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Participate in internal and external events as a representative of KMA’s talent brand, contributing to thought leadership in recruitment practices.
- • Support initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring by applying inclusive sourcing and evaluation techniques.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment documentation and applicant tracking system records to ensure compliance and reporting readiness.
- • Contribute to the development and evolution of KMA’s recruitment framework as the company scales rapidly across multiple product verticals and geographies.
