- • The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Modivcare Inc. plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified talent, directly contributing to the company’s mission of improving lives through healthcare services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networking; screening resumes; coordinating interviews; providing feedback; preparing job offers; maintaining candidate records in the ATS; collaborating with hiring managers; and supporting onboarding to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
