  • • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM/Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closing in a fully remote environment.
  • • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish hiring criteria, and execute searches with speed and precision.
  • • Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels to ensure consistent talent flow.
  • • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Origin by Prelude, delivering a warm, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Ashby ATS, ensuring all candidate communications, interview feedback, and hiring data are properly documented and timely.
  • • Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates to inform hiring strategy.
  • • Collaborate with the People & Operations team to enhance employer branding, refine job postings, and improve recruiting processes as the company scales.
  • • Work closely with the HR Coordinator to ensure seamless transition of new hires from offer acceptance through onboarding.
  • • Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high ownership over recruiting outcomes and process integrity.
  • • Demonstrate strong judgment in assessing candidate fit for technical and go-to-market roles within a high-growth cybersecurity and enterprise software company.
  • • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize recruiting workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate the quality of hires across the organization.
  • • Contribute to building a scalable, intentional hiring system that aligns with Origin’s mission of maximizing organizational intelligence and security.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity and AI observability space to effectively communicate the company’s vision and technical context to candidates.
  • • Balance multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising responsiveness, candidate experience, or hiring quality.
  • • Leverage data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • • Represent Origin in external talent communities and professional networks to strengthen the company’s presence as an employer of choice in tech and cybersecurity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment
  • • Experience hiring across both technical and GTM/Sales roles
  • • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building pipelines from scratch
  • • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with both candidates and hiring managers
  • • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
  • • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, remote environment with a high degree of ownership
