This pivotal role is not just about filling positions; it's about strategically building the human capital that will drive Dedale's continued success and expansion in the competitive technology intelligence space. You will be a key player in shaping the future of Dedale by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, contributing significantly to our mission of being the differentiating source of strategic intelligence.
  • • In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will meticulously manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of open positions. This involves proactively sourcing exceptional candidates from competitive talent pools, employing creative and persistent strategies to build a robust talent pipeline across various specialized expertise areas. You will conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, ensuring a high standard of quality for all applicants. A crucial aspect of your role will be collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and Vice Presidents, to foster strong alignment and understanding of departmental needs throughout the recruitment process. This collaboration ensures that we are not only finding candidates but finding the *right* candidates who will thrive within Dedale's unique environment. You will also develop an in-depth understanding of Dedale's business operations, the specific requirements of each job role, and the essential competencies, skills, and knowledge necessary for successful hires. This deep business acumen will enable you to effectively represent Dedale and attract candidates who are a strong cultural and professional fit. Furthermore, you will become proficient in utilizing our internal applicant tracking system, Ashby, to meticulously maintain candidate data, manage job postings, and ensure the efficiency and organization of our recruitment efforts.
  • • Beyond the core recruitment functions, you will dedicate approximately 20 percent of your time to contributing to strategic HR projects on a global scale. This includes actively participating in the execution of initiatives such as developing and refining our Global Onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires worldwide, contributing to Global Talent Management strategies aimed at nurturing and developing our existing workforce, supporting Training and Development programs designed to enhance employee skills and career progression, assisting with Engagement Surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, and playing a role in Global Retention initiatives designed to keep our valuable team members motivated and committed to Dedale's long-term vision. These projects offer a broader perspective on HR's strategic impact and provide opportunities to shape the employee experience across the entire organization.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding, high-impact organization. You will have the chance to hone your skills in strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management, while also contributing to significant global HR initiatives. By successfully navigating the challenges of attracting and retaining top talent, you will directly contribute to Dedale's competitive advantage and its ability to achieve its strategic objectives, positioning yourself as a critical asset to the company's future success.
  • • The team at Dedale is comprised of highly talented individuals from diverse international backgrounds, fostering a rich and collaborative work environment. The leadership team brings extensive experience from top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey and BCG, providing strong guidance and strategic direction. Furthermore, Dedale benefits from an esteemed advisory board, including prominent investors and successful tech entrepreneurs, offering invaluable insights and mentorship. This environment is designed to attract and develop outstanding investment analysts and HR professionals who share a passion for technology and strategic growth. The company culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and a drive for excellence, making it an exciting place to build a career. You will be joining a team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of strategic intelligence and building a world-class organization.
  • • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of building Dedale's future by bringing in the best minds in the industry. You will develop a deep understanding of the nuances of recruiting for a specialized intelligence firm, learning how to identify and attract candidates with unique skill sets and experiences. Your contributions to strategic HR projects will provide exposure to broader HR functions, including talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement, offering a holistic view of human resources within a global context. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to make a tangible impact, grow their expertise in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment, and contribute to the success of a rapidly scaling company.
  • • The opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to international HR initiatives provides a unique learning experience. You will gain exposure to different cultural perspectives in recruitment and talent management, enhancing your adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills. The company's focus on strategic growth means you will be involved in high-stakes recruitment efforts, directly influencing the company's ability to execute its business strategy. This role is a launchpad for a career in strategic talent acquisition and HR leadership within the technology and intelligence sectors, offering significant opportunities for advancement and professional development.
  • • Your role will involve mastering the art of candidate engagement, understanding how to articulate Dedale's unique value proposition to potential hires. You will learn to navigate complex hiring processes, working closely with senior leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal teams. The experience gained in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coupled with involvement in strategic HR projects, will equip you with a comprehensive skill set highly valued in the HR and talent acquisition field. You will become adept at using data and insights from your recruitment efforts to inform future strategies and contribute to the overall HR function's effectiveness.
  • • The company's commitment to growth means you will be constantly challenged and presented with new opportunities to learn and excel.
