As a rapidly scaling tech company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and globally distributed team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a unique opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the future of EverAI by attracting and securing top-tier global talent, particularly within the competitive tech landscape.
- • In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate closely with leaders across all departments to build the exceptional team that will drive our continued success. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing candidates from leading tech hubs worldwide, with a significant focus on technical roles. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to innovate and scale our groundbreaking AI products.
- • As one of our core Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will play a crucial role in defining and refining our recruitment strategies and processes. This includes experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, developing and launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality talent. You will have the autonomy to influence how Talent Acquisition evolves within a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
- • Your primary mission is to identify, attract, and successfully onboard top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a robust recruitment stack that can support a company serving millions of users worldwide. This involves a proactive approach to talent mapping and a commitment to building a world-class candidate experience.
- • Key responsibilities include global talent scouting, where you will actively identify and engage elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies. This requires thoughtful outreach and strong networking skills to connect with passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. You will also be instrumental in implementing an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels to discover exceptional individuals.
- • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is essential to ensure we consistently meet our hiring needs as we scale. Furthermore, you will be the custodian of a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire journey from the initial discovery call through to the final offer acceptance. Ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality is paramount, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
- • You will conduct structured interviews to rigorously assess candidates' technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership. This role also involves a significant focus on hiring operations, where you will collaborate with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen our recruitment processes as we grow beyond 100 employees.
- • Contributing to employer branding and other strategic initiatives will be a key aspect of your role, helping to position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent. - • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically in tech recruitment. Experience within a startup or scale-up environment is crucial, as is a proven track record of global sourcing from major tech hubs across the USA, EU, LATAM, and other regions. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is expected. You should thrive in a high-trust, fast-paced environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make a tangible impact. Strong communication and collaborative skills, with perfect fluency in English, are essential. A goal-oriented mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to excellence are highly valued. We are looking for a 'doer' who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy, and who approaches their work with humility and a willingness to learn and accept feedback. Importantly, candidates must be comfortable hiring for products that may involve uncensored models and content, reflecting the nature of our AI companionship platform.
