- • This role is pivotal as EverAI enters a new phase of scaling, aiming to grow its team from 75 to over 100 people. The next wave of hires will significantly shape the future of the company. As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a central role in this expansion.
- • You will collaborate directly with the CEO and partner with leaders across all business functions to assemble a world-class team. The company hires internationally, drawing talent from leading tech hubs across the globe, with a particular emphasis on technical expertise.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of Talent Acquisition at EverAI. You will have the chance to refine internal recruitment workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, develop and launch employer branding initiatives, and test innovative sourcing strategies to maintain the company's high hiring standards.
- • The key mission for this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support the ambitious growth of a company serving a massive global user base.
- • Responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking. You will also be responsible for smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, and utilizing various tools, including AI agents and niche communities, to discover exceptional candidates.
- • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide is crucial to proactively address future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling.
- • You will be instrumental in delivering a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire recruitment journey from initial contact to the final offer. Ensuring that every candidate interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome, is paramount.
- • Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit will be a key part of the role, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- • You will also contribute to hiring operations by working closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, reduce friction points, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency as the company expands beyond 100 employees.
- • Furthermore, you will participate in employer branding and other strategic initiatives, contributing creative ideas and content to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent globally.
