• • The company boasts a dynamic and dedicated team of approximately 75 individuals. The founding team brings extensive entrepreneurial experience, having successfully built and scaled web products from inception to IPO.
• • Key leadership includes CEO Alexis Soulopoulos, with over 10 years in Tech Executive Leadership and co-founding Mad Paws Holdings (0 to IPO); CTO Michael Monin, with over 10 years as CTO/COO and experience in AI/LLM; CMO Thomas Lacroix, with over 8 years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth and serial entrepreneurial success; and CFO/Legal Maruša Fasano, with over 25 years in Finance, Strategy, and M&A.
• • Having achieved 50 million users in just two years with a lean team, EverAI is now entering a significant growth phase, planning to expand its headcount to over 100 people. The next wave of hires will be instrumental in shaping the company's future.
• • As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in this expansion, working directly with the CEO and partnering with leaders across all departments to build the team behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products.
• • The role involves international hiring across all functions, with a particular emphasis on technical roles, attracting top talent from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • You will have a unique opportunity to influence and evolve the Talent Acquisition function. This includes refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high hiring standards.
• • The core mission of this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support a company serving 50 million users globally.
• • Key responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking.
• • You will be involved in smart sourcing, leveraging an AI-first recruitment stack, including AI agents and niche technical communities, to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide is crucial to proactively meet ongoing scaling hiring needs.
• • A significant part of the role is ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
• • Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit, and providing concise, actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership will be essential.
• • You will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance recruitment processes as the company grows beyond 100 employees.
• • Contributing to employer branding efforts and other strategic initiatives to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent is also a key aspect of the role.
