As one of the world's largest and fastest-growing AI companies, we are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, dynamic team of approximately 75 individuals. This role is pivotal in our next phase of growth, as we aim to expand our headcount to over 100 people and reach new user milestones. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of EverAI by assembling the exceptional talent that drives our success.
- • Reporting directly to the CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborating closely with leadership across all departments, you will play a central role in our international hiring efforts. We pride ourselves on attracting top-tier talent from leading tech hubs worldwide, with a particular emphasis on building out our robust technology functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and evolve our Talent Acquisition strategies and processes as the company continues its rapid expansion.
- • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support a company serving 50 million users. This involves not only filling current roles but also proactively building pipelines for future needs and enhancing our overall recruitment capabilities.
- • Key responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, where you will actively identify and engage elite professionals from major tech hubs and leading companies. This proactive approach will involve thoughtful outreach and strong networking to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- • You will be instrumental in implementing an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging advanced tools, AI agents, and niche technical communities to discover exceptional candidates. This innovative sourcing strategy is designed to maintain our high hiring standards and efficiency.
- • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial for staying ahead of our scaling hiring demands. This involves consistent engagement and providing value to potential candidates, even if they are not immediately available.
- • A core focus of this role is ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to the final offer. Every interaction should be clear, respectful, and reflective of EverAI's commitment to quality and professionalism, regardless of the outcome.
- • You will conduct structured interviews and screenings to rigorously assess candidates' technical capabilities and cultural fit, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership to inform decision-making.
- • Collaboration with Founders and Team Leads is essential for optimizing hiring workflows, removing operational friction, and strengthening our recruitment processes as we scale beyond 100 employees. Your insights will directly contribute to operational efficiency.
- • Contributing to employer branding initiatives and creative content is also part of the role, aimed at positioning EverAI as the premier destination for the world's leading AI talent. This includes showcasing our unique culture, innovative products, and growth opportunities.
