• • This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of our growing HR function, specifically within Talent Acquisition, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of EverAI by attracting and securing top-tier global talent. You will be instrumental in building the team that will propel us towards our next milestones of 100 million and beyond users.
• • Reporting directly to leadership and partnering closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional individuals across all functions, with a particular emphasis on our technology teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to innovate and maintain our position as a leader in the AI space.
• • A core aspect of this role involves contributing to the evolution of our Talent Acquisition strategy and operations. You will have the autonomy to refine internal workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, develop and launch impactful employer branding initiatives, and test innovative sourcing strategies to ensure we consistently attract high-caliber candidates.
• • Your primary mission is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support the scale and ambition of a company with a massive global user base.
• • Key responsibilities include comprehensive talent mapping and global scouting, proactively identifying and engaging elite professionals from leading tech hubs and companies worldwide. This involves not just finding candidates but building meaningful, long-term relationships with passive talent to anticipate and meet future hiring needs.
