As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team in Germany. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of EverAI by assembling the exceptional talent that will drive our continued success.
- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top global talent. You will partner directly with our CEO and leadership across all departments, playing a key part in scaling our team from its current 75 members to over 100 and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function, refining internal processes, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, developing innovative employer branding strategies, and implementing effective sourcing methodologies to maintain our high hiring standards.
- • Your primary mission will be to build a robust recruitment stack that aligns with the ambition and scale of a company serving millions worldwide. This involves a strategic approach to talent mapping and sourcing, actively scouting for elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies globally. You will proactively engage with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities through thoughtful outreach and strategic networking.
- • A key aspect of this role is the implementation of an AI-first recruitment strategy. You will leverage a variety of tools, including AI agents and specialized technical communities, to discover exceptional candidates. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent across the globe will be essential to anticipate and meet our ongoing scaling needs.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial contact to the final offer. Every interaction with EverAI should be characterized by clarity, respect, and a high level of professionalism, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
- • Conducting structured interviews will be a core responsibility, focusing on assessing both technical capabilities and cultural fit. You will provide hiring managers and leadership with concise, actionable feedback to support informed decision-making.
- • Collaborating closely with founders and team leads, you will optimize hiring workflows, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance our overall recruitment operations as we expand beyond 100 employees. Your contributions will also extend to developing and executing employer branding initiatives and other creative projects designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for AI talent worldwide.
