As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, dynamic team of approximately 75 individuals. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of EverAI by assembling the exceptional talent that will drive our expansion to over 100 employees and beyond. You will work directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate with leaders across all departments, with a particular emphasis on bolstering our technical teams by attracting individuals from leading global tech hubs.
• • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier global talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. You will be instrumental in refining internal recruitment workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high hiring standards.

• • The core mission of this role is to build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide. This involves a strategic approach to talent acquisition, focusing on both proactive sourcing and efficient candidate management.
• • Key responsibilities include Global Talent Scouting, where you will actively map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies globally. This involves identifying and connecting with candidates who may not be actively seeking new roles through thoughtful outreach and robust networking. You will also be responsible for Smart Sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. This means leveraging a variety of tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Furthermore, you will focus on Relationship Building, maintaining long-term connections with passive talent worldwide to proactively address future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling. A significant aspect of the role is ensuring a World-Class Candidate Experience, owning the entire candidate journey from initial contact to the final offer. This includes ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome.
• • You will also conduct structured Interviews and Screenings to assess candidates' technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership. In terms of Hiring Operations, you will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen our operational capabilities as we grow beyond 100 employees.
• • Additionally, you will contribute to Employer Branding and other Initiatives, participating in creative projects and content development aimed at positioning EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent globally.
