As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is a pivotal moment to join EverAI, as the next hires will significantly shape the company's trajectory as we scale from our current 75-person team to over 100 employees.
• • In this critical role, you will partner directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate with leaders across all departments to build the exceptional team that powers one of the world's fastest-growing AI products. Your efforts will be instrumental in attracting and securing top global talent, with a particular emphasis on technical roles, drawing from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • You will not only be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding elite talent but also for contributing to the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. This includes refining internal recruitment workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our recruitment stack, developing and launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality.
• • Your primary mission is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving millions of users worldwide.
• • Key responsibilities encompass a broad range of talent acquisition activities. You will be involved in Global Talent Scouting, actively mapping and engaging with elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies globally. This involves identifying and connecting with passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and robust networking.
• • You will also focus on Smart Sourcing, supporting the implementation and utilization of an AI-first recruitment stack. This means leveraging a variety of tools, from AI agents to specialized technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional talent.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent across the globe is crucial to ensure we proactively meet our hiring needs as we continue our rapid scaling.
• • A significant part of your role will be ensuring a World-Class Candidate Experience. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer acceptance. It is imperative that every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of the highest quality, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
• • You will conduct structured interviews and screenings to effectively assess candidates' technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • Furthermore, you will play a key role in Hiring Operations, working closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen our operational processes as we expand beyond 100 employees.
• • Contributing to Employer Branding and other strategic initiatives will also be part of your remit. You will help develop and execute creative campaigns and content designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent.
