As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of the fastest-growing AI products globally.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate with leaders across all business functions to assemble the exceptional team that will drive EverAI's continued success. You will be instrumental in scaling our headcount beyond 100 employees, making this a defining stage to join and influence the company's trajectory.
  • • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a robust recruitment stack that aligns with the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide. This involves not just filling roles, but strategically building the talent pipeline for future growth.
  • • A key responsibility will be global talent scouting. You will proactively identify and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies around the world. This requires a strategic approach to outreach and networking, connecting with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
  • • You will also be tasked with smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. This involves leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI agents and niche technical communities, alongside unconventional channels, to discover and attract exceptional candidates.
  • • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial. This proactive approach ensures that EverAI remains ahead of its hiring needs as the company continues its rapid expansion.
  • • Delivering a world-class candidate experience is paramount. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer close. It is essential that every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of the highest quality, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
  • • Conducting structured interviews and screenings will be a core part of your role. You will assess candidates for both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership to inform decision-making.
  • • You will play a vital role in hiring operations, working closely with Founders and Team Leads to refine hiring workflows, eliminate friction points, and strengthen our operational efficiency as we scale beyond 100 employees.
  • • Contributing to employer branding and other strategic initiatives will be encouraged. This includes participating in creative projects and content development aimed at positioning EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically in tech recruitment. Experience within a startup or scale-up environment is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of global sourcing from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
  • • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential. You should thrive in a high-trust, empowered environment where you can drive improvements, learn continuously, and make a tangible impact.
  • • Strong communication and collaborative skills are a must, with perfect fluency in English. A goal-oriented mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and unwavering commitment are key. We are looking for a 'doer' who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced setting.
  • • Humility and a willingness to learn and accept feedback are highly valued. Additionally, comfort with hiring for products based on uncensored AI models and content is a requirement, reflecting the nature of EverAI's innovative products.
  • • Bonus points will be awarded for experience in AI recruitment, familiarity with the AI space, or exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
