- • As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in this expansion, working directly with the CEO and partnering with leaders across all departments to build the team behind a globally recognized AI product.
- • You will be responsible for attracting top-tier international talent from leading tech hubs, contributing to the company's growth across all functions, with a particular emphasis on technical roles.

- • Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- • Collaborating closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance recruitment processes as the company scales beyond 100 employees.
