• • This role is pivotal as EverAI doubles its headcount and scales towards 100+ employees, with new hires significantly influencing the company's future trajectory.
• • As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in this expansion, working directly with the CEO and partnering with leaders across all departments to build the team behind a globally recognized AI product.
• • You will be responsible for attracting top-tier international talent from leading tech hubs, contributing to the company's growth across all functions, with a particular emphasis on technical roles.
• • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and evolve the Talent Acquisition function, including refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a high standard of quality.
• • The key mission is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support a company serving 50 million users worldwide.
• • Responsibilities include global talent scouting, identifying and engaging elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking.
• • You will implement and utilize an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging tools like AI agents and niche technical communities to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial to proactively address future hiring needs.
• • A primary focus will be ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
• • Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • Collaborating closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance recruitment processes as the company scales beyond 100 employees.
• • Contributing to employer branding efforts and other strategic initiatives designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent.
