- • The core mission of this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that can match the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide.
- • Key responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking.
- • You will be instrumental in smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing AI agents, niche technical communities, and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates.
- • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial to stay ahead of evolving hiring needs.
- • A paramount responsibility is ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
- • Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, and providing concise, actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership is a key part of the evaluation process.
- • You will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency as the company grows beyond 100 employees.
