As a rapidly scaling company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and globally distributed team of approximately 75 individuals. • • In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top global talent, playing a central role in assembling the exceptional team that powers one of the world's fastest-growing AI products. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and partner with leaders across all functions, with a particular emphasis on our technology teams, drawing talent from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional recruitment. You will have the unique opportunity to influence and evolve our Talent Acquisition function. This includes refining internal recruitment workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our hiring processes, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality talent.
• • The key mission for this role is to build a recruitment stack that mirrors the scale and ambition of a company serving millions globally. You will be responsible for global talent mapping and scouting, proactively identifying and engaging elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies. This involves thoughtful outreach and robust networking to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • You will also be a key player in implementing an AI-first recruitment strategy, leveraging tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to staying ahead of our continuous scaling needs.
• • A significant aspect of this role is ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer close. It is imperative that every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of the highest quality, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
• • You will conduct structured interviews to rigorously assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
• • Collaboration and process innovation are central to this position. You will work closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate friction points, and strengthen our operational efficiency as we grow beyond 100 employees. Furthermore, you will contribute to creative employer branding initiatives and content designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent.
