• • In this fully remote role, you will partner directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate closely with leaders across all departments to identify, attract, and secure top-tier global talent. Your primary mission will be to build a recruitment function that mirrors the scale, ambition, and innovative spirit of a company serving a massive international user base. You will be instrumental in sourcing talent from leading tech hubs across the globe, with a particular emphasis on technical roles, ensuring EverAI continues to attract the best minds in the industry.
• • This position offers a unique opportunity to not only execute recruitment strategies but also to influence and evolve our Talent Acquisition processes. You will have the autonomy to refine internal workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, develop and launch impactful employer branding initiatives, and test novel sourcing strategies to maintain our high standards for candidate quality. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently and effectively, ensuring we attract individuals who are not only technically proficient but also aligned with EverAI's culture of ownership, velocity, and radical creativity.
• • A key responsibility will be global talent mapping and scouting. You will proactively identify and engage with elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. This involves more than just posting jobs; it requires thoughtful outreach, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates. By staying ahead of hiring needs, you will ensure a consistent pipeline of exceptional talent.
• • You will also be tasked with implementing and leveraging an AI-first recruitment stack. This means utilizing advanced tools, including AI agents and exploring niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover and connect with candidates who might not be actively seeking new opportunities. The goal is to find exceptional talent through smart, data-driven sourcing methods.
• • Ensuring a world-class candidate experience is paramount. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer and close. Every interaction must be characterized by clarity, respect, and professionalism, leaving a positive and lasting impression of EverAI, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
• • Conducting structured interviews and screenings will be a core part of your role. You will assess candidates not only for their technical capabilities but also for their cultural alignment with EverAI's fast-paced, high-trust environment. Providing concise, actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership will be essential for informed decision-making.
• • You will actively contribute to improving hiring operations by working closely with Founders and Team Leads. This involves identifying and removing friction points in our existing workflows, thereby strengthening our overall recruitment process as we scale beyond 100 employees.

This includes contributing to creative projects and content designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent globally. Your efforts will help build a compelling narrative around our company culture, vision, and the exciting opportunities we offer.
