📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Growth at Voodoo SAS, you will play a pivotal role in scaling one of the world’s top mobile publishers by attracting and hiring top-tier talent for the high-impact Growth team, directly contributing to the success of globally played games and apps used by over 200 million active users.
• You will drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles within the Growth team, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience that reflects Voodoo’s innovative employer brand.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively sourcing passive candidates using advanced tools and creative outreach methods, managing end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer, conducting structured interviews, and maintaining consistent communication to keep candidates engaged and informed.
• You will cultivate and strengthen employee referral programs by building trust, ensuring fairness, and promoting high-touch engagement to increase quality referrals and reduce time-to-hire.
• You will continuously collaborate with recruiting peers and hiring managers to refine recruitment workflows, improve key metrics (such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates), and implement data-driven improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• You will partner with the Growth team—a cross-functional unit of over 150 experts in user acquisition, creative production, monetization, and ad tech—to deeply understand the skills and mindsets needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth mobile environment.
• Working within Voodoo’s Paris-based Talent Acquisition team, you’ll join a small, high-performing group committed to innovation and excellence, where your contributions will directly influence the company’s ability to scale globally while maintaining a strong talent bar.
• This role offers significant professional growth: you’ll develop expertise in niche mobile industry hiring, sharpen your stakeholder management and data literacy skills, and gain exposure to global talent markets as you hire A-players across regions for roles that power chart-topping titles like Mob Control and Block Jam.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within tech, gaming, or fast-paced digital environments
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools with creativity and persistence
• Strong partnership skills: ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and influence hiring strategy
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a track record of managing multiple requisitions while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines
• Fluency in both English and French, enabling effective communication with global candidates and local teams
• Detail-oriented and rigorous approach to candidate experience, interview coordination, and recruitment process adherence
