• • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will dive deep into understanding Astreya's unique company culture, leveraging this knowledge to craft distinctive and comprehensive hiring strategies. A key aspect of your role will involve effectively communicating and championing the diverse career development opportunities that Astreya proudly embodies, inspiring potential candidates to envision their future with us.
• • You will meticulously manage all incoming applications, assessing the existing candidate database to identify competent pools for open position requirements. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve facilitating initial communications and conducting screening interviews, ensuring that hiring managers are presented with only the most qualified candidates, thereby optimizing the interview process.
• • Proactive communication with Astreya managers and staff is crucial. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage our employee database and further expand our recruitment reach through referrals and internal networking. This collaborative approach ensures a holistic recruitment effort.
• • You will actively participate in the completion of daily HR duties, encompassing a wide range of activities from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, extending offers, and managing the handoff to onboarding teams. This hands-on involvement ensures a seamless recruitment lifecycle.
• • A core responsibility will be to create and manage engaging social media postings, focusing on both recruitment efforts and showcasing Astreya's vibrant company culture. This involves developing compelling content that attracts passive and active candidates alike.
• • Continuous research into current industry recruiting strategies is essential. You will be expected to analyze these trends and refine Astreya's own strategies to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of talent acquisition, employing innovative and effective methods.
• • You will coordinate travel arrangements for potential candidates attending interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the interview process.
• • The role may involve attending and/or facilitating career fairs at select universities or other relevant venues, representing Astreya and engaging with prospective talent pools.
• • This role operates within a scope that requires applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of recruitment-related issues. You will work on problems of moderate scope, receiving general instructions on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new projects, demonstrating an ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
