  • • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of Operations positions. This includes developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, engaging passive and active candidates, and managing the entire candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand their team needs, define role requirements, and build robust candidate scorecards that ensure we are identifying and attracting the best possible talent.
  • • A key aspect of this position involves developing a profound understanding of the Deel product, our company values, and the specific skills and attributes required for success in our rapidly evolving operational landscape. This knowledge will enable you to effectively articulate Deel's value proposition to potential candidates and to accurately assess their fit for our organization. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role, ideally having spent 2+ years as part of an internal talent acquisition team.
  • • Proven experience of recruiting across Operations teams, understanding the unique skill sets and challenges associated with these roles.
  • • Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function, with a demonstrated track record of hiring top talent quickly and efficiently.
  • • Comfort and ability to handle complex candidate questions pertaining to compensation, equity, immigration, and other related employment issues.
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effortlessly.
  • • Proficiency in using data to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make processes more efficient and effective.
