• In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of Operations positions. This includes developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, engaging passive and active candidates, and managing the entire candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand their team needs, define role requirements, and build robust candidate scorecards that ensure we are identifying and attracting the best possible talent.
• A key aspect of this position involves developing a profound understanding of the Deel product, our company values, and the specific skills and attributes required for success in our rapidly evolving operational landscape. This knowledge will enable you to effectively articulate Deel's value proposition to potential candidates and to accurately assess their fit for our organization. You will be a brand ambassador, representing Deel's commitment to innovation, compliance, and a world-class employee experience.
• You will play a significant role in refining and optimizing our interview processes. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our assessments are efficient, effective, and provide an outstanding experience for every candidate. Your insights will help us identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and leverage data to make informed decisions that enhance the quality of hires and the speed of our recruitment cycles.
• Working closely with our management team and leadership, you will contribute to the development of both internal and external sourcing strategies. This includes exploring new channels, building talent pipelines, and leveraging technology to identify and engage with a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Your proactive approach will be essential in staying ahead of market trends and ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role, ideally having spent 2+ years as part of an internal talent acquisition team.
• Proven experience of recruiting across Operations teams, understanding the unique skill sets and challenges associated with these roles.
• Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function, with a demonstrated track record of hiring top talent quickly and efficiently.
• Comfort and ability to handle complex candidate questions pertaining to compensation, equity, immigration, and other related employment issues.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effortlessly.
• Proficiency in using data to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make processes more efficient and effective.
