📋 Description

• Serve as a key Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and other non-technical teams within Binance’s global expansion efforts.
• Identify, source, and attract high-caliber candidates across Asia and globally, leveraging multilingual capabilities in Spanish and Chinese to engage with diverse talent pools in key markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team-specific hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support for all assigned roles.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and industry events in Spanish- and Chinese-speaking regions.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, reflecting Binance’s employer brand and commitment to inclusivity and professionalism.
• Provide data-driven insights to hiring teams on market trends, candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment funnel performance.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to align recruitment practices with local labor laws, cultural norms, and company policies across multiple jurisdictions in Asia and beyond.
• Advise business leaders on talent acquisition best practices, diversity hiring strategies, and innovative sourcing techniques to enhance hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal data governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Represent Binance at career fairs, university outreach programs, and industry conferences to strengthen employer branding and attract top-tier talent.
• Support the scaling of Binance’s global workforce by adapting recruitment approaches to meet the evolving needs of a rapidly growing, geographically dispersed organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence on competitor hiring practices, talent mobility trends, and candidate expectations in key regions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, proposing automation or workflow enhancements, and implementing feedback loops from candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure all recruitment activities uphold Binance’s core values of integrity, transparency, and innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth blockchain environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with professional working proficiency in both languages
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced, global organization
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for corporate functions such as Business Development, Marketing, or Operations
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Experience sourcing talent across Asia and international markets
