📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Systems Manager at Upstream Rehabilitation, you will own and optimize the ATS, CRM, and recruiting systems that power hiring across 1,200+ locations.
• Day to day, you’ll configure workflows, manage integrations, build reporting, and deliver training that scales high‑quality hiring for distributed teams.
• Upstream is the nation’s largest outpatient rehab provider with 1,200+ locations, 8,000+ employees, and a mission to inspire and empower communities.
• In this role, you can shape recruiting operations, improve candidate and hiring‑manager experience, and drive measurable hiring outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Ops, or HR Ops.
• Hands‑on ATS/CRM administration experience (configuration, workflows, integrations, user access).
• Strong data management and governance skills with advanced reporting/dashboard experience.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies (sourcing tools, job boards, CRM integrations) and familiarity with lead/source tracking.
• Experience designing scalable processes, SOPs, and training materials for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally with TA leadership, HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing change, gathering requirements, and supporting adoption across distributed teams.
• Nice to have: 7+ years, experience with iCIMS or Greenhouse, and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
