- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Heidi Health, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s workforce by managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience that supports Heidi’s mission to empower clinicians with AI-driven care tools.
- • Day to day, you will own the talent funnel from role scoping and job description drafting to advertising, screening, and nurturing candidates; collaborate with hiring managers to lead initial screening stages across 15+ roles; optimize interview processes by building question banks; support hiring managers in designing role-specific assessments; activate headhunting for niche technical roles; benchmark elite talent profiles; support implementation of talent systems; network with tech and healthcare professionals to build talent pipelines; and elevate the employer brand through events, content, and community engagement.
