  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting candidates by following up on assessments, preparing job offer letters and contractor agreements, managing candidate experience surveys, maintaining candidate portals in Notion, and supporting staffers by tracking onboarding requirements, coordinating check-ins, updating staffer records in Sprout, managing staffer surveys, and handling reward and bonus preparations.
  • • CAS is a remote-first company based in the Philippines that emphasizes quality, security, and collaboration in its talent operations, with a culture rooted in documentation, accountability, and relationship-driven staffing.
  • • This role offers clear growth potential into a Talent Partner position, allowing the individual to develop end-to-end recruitment coordination skills, gain proficiency in HR tools like Notion and Sprout, and build trust through consistent, detail-oriented interactions that form the backbone of effective talent management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Detail-oriented and dependable with the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping any.
  • • Strong written communication skills, capable of writing clearly and professionally while following up warmly and persistently.
  • • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and able to commit to a full-time 9am–5pm EST schedule.
  • • Experience with Notion, Sprout, or similar tools is a nice-to-have.
  • • Familiarity with an ATS, particularly Ashby, is a bonus.
  • • Background in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or executive support is preferred.
