- • Your primary mission will be to spearhead high-impact, end-to-end recruitment searches for roles based in the United States. You will serve as the strategic recruiting partner for our esteemed clients, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from inception to successful placement. This involves not only executing searches but also providing expert advice to hiring managers, utilizing data-driven insights and your seasoned judgment to ensure the acquisition of exceptional talent.

A significant part of your role will involve meticulously reviewing AI-generated candidate matches, swiftly identifying individuals who possess the strongest potential and closest alignment with client requirements.
- • Following the initial AI-driven screening, you will conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous qualification assessments of candidates. Your objective will be to present concise, high-signal shortlists of the most promising individuals to hiring managers, ensuring their time is focused on truly exceptional talent. You will actively participate in client calls, gaining a comprehensive understanding of role requirements and offering candid, strategic guidance on hiring strategies and market dynamics.
- • You are expected to act as a true strategic partner to our clients. This includes proactively challenging any unclear or unrealistic expectations they may have, ensuring a grounded and effective recruitment approach. You will take full ownership of candidate pipelines from beginning to end, meticulously managing each stage of the process to ensure swift, efficient, and positive candidate experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in recruiting for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.
- • Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, such as startups or high-velocity recruitment agencies.
- • Strong client-facing communication, expectation management, and relationship-building skills.
- • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- • Ability to align work hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST), including occasional availability for calls during evenings or weekends.
- • High level of comfort and proficiency with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and AI-driven workflows.
- • Exceptional judgment in assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, going beyond simple keyword matching.
- • Demonstrable high ownership, reliability, and the capacity to operate autonomously and drive results quickly.
