📋 Description
- • The Lead Recruiter, Specialist Domains owns the end-to-end recruitment of highly credentialled, domain-expert freelance talent across a defined portfolio of cultural, creative, and specialist domains, ensuring every candidate is a recognized practitioner or expert in their field with verifiable credentials.
- • Day to day, the role involves sourcing and identifying candidates who combine senior-level domain expertise with specific language capabilities, gathering and presenting structured evidence of expertise for stakeholders, and guiding a small team in talent acquisition, partner coordination, and vendor management.
- • The role operates within Welocalize, a global transformation partner delivering multilingual content transformation services in over 250 languages with a network of over 400,000 in-country linguistic resources, serving global clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- • The person in this role will develop expertise in niche talent markets, build data-oriented and automation-assisted recruitment processes, and lead a team in maintaining quality and commercial standards in vendor relationships while driving creative sourcing in unconventional talent channels.

- • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment of highly specialized or niche talent, particularly in cultural, creative, or specialist domains.
- • Ability to source and assess candidates with combined senior-level domain expertise and specific language capabilities where both are required.
- • Experience in team leadership, including guiding a small team across talent acquisition, partner coordination, and vendor management.
- • Familiarity with data-oriented recruitment processes and automation-assisted sourcing techniques.
- • Demonstrated skill in gathering and presenting structured evidence of candidate expertise to stakeholders.
