  • • As a Talent Coordinator at Olix USA Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s rapid global growth by ensuring a seamless, high-touch hiring experience during one of its most critical expansion phases. Your work will directly contribute to building the talent foundation for a company pioneering the Optical Tensor Processing Unit (OTPU), a breakthrough technology poised to redefine AI infrastructure and drive the next decade’s most significant economic opportunity.
  • • You will orchestrate end-to-end interview scheduling with precision, manage complex calendars and travel logistics, serve as the central communication hub between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, and welcome candidates during on-site interview days in the London office. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), produce weekly pipeline reports, and support ad-hoc initiatives that elevate recruiting operations—including planning hiring events and managing candidate travel reimbursements—while also providing onboarding and office management support as needed.
  • • You will join a dynamic, mission-driven Talent team in London, collaborating closely with a Talent Partner and global recruiting partners to build scalable hiring infrastructure that reflects Olix’s values of innovation, speed, and excellence. The team operates at the forefront of deep tech talent acquisition, where your contributions will help attract and retain world-class engineers and scientists essential to advancing next-generation computing.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in talent coordination within a high-growth, deep-tech environment, mastering end-to-end recruiting operations, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring processes. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge AI hardware innovation, refine your organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced startup setting, and position yourself for future growth into senior talent acquisition or people operations roles within a globally scaling, mission-aligned organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of Talent Coordination experience, with at least 1 year in-house at a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech company
  • • Proven ability to manage complex interview scheduling, calendars, travel logistics, and candidate communication with exceptional organization and responsiveness
  • • Strong passion for candidate experience and a commitment to building a scalable, values-driven hiring culture
