- • As a Talent Coordinator at Ben Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates and hiring teams. This fixed-term contract role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of a high-quality recruitment process, focusing on the meticulous management of candidate pipelines and the efficient coordination of interviews across the entire business.
- • You will work in close collaboration with the Strategic Talent Business Partner, acting as a key enabler for the recruitment function. Your primary objective will be to ensure the recruitment process operates with maximum efficiency, that every candidate feels valued and well-informed, and that our internal hiring teams remain organised and responsive throughout the entire hiring journey.

- • Key Responsibilities and Areas of Focus:
- • **Hiring Team Support:**
- • Proactively ensure that interview feedback is submitted by interviewers in a timely manner, and diligently follow up with individuals who may have missed deadlines.
- • Coordinate candidate debrief sessions, facilitating productive discussions between interviewers and supporting the hiring team in reaching prompt and informed hiring decisions.
- • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Strategic Talent Business Partner on various tasks directly related to the hiring process, ensuring all operational aspects are covered.
- • **Candidate Pipeline Management:**
- • Take ownership of managing and meticulously maintaining candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, ensuring that all candidate records are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect their current status.
- • Diligently track candidate progress through each stage of the interview process, ensuring timely movement and proactively addressing any potential delays or bottlenecks.
- • Monitor the overall flow of applications, identifying and flagging any gaps in the pipeline or areas where the process might be slowing down, providing insights for improvement.
- • **Interview Coordination:**
- • Expertly schedule interviews, coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders and ensuring all calendars are aligned to find optimal times.
- • Manage all logistical aspects for both virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.
- • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, along with any necessary materials or documentation, to both candidates and interviewers well in advance of their scheduled times.
- • **Candidate Experience:**
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout their interview journey, providing a consistent and positive interface with Ben Technologies.
- • Ensure candidates are thoroughly prepared for each interview stage by sharing relevant information, guidance, and insights into what to expect.
- • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates at every touchpoint, fostering a sense of trust and engagement.
- • **Process & Organisation:**
- • Uphold a high standard of organisation across all hiring processes, documentation, and communications, ensuring everything is easily accessible and well-maintained.
- • Actively contribute to ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient, consistent, and adhere to best practices.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, focusing on enhancing coordination efforts and elevating the overall candidate experience.
