📋 Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Everfield ecosystem to drive performance and growth through strategic talent initiatives
  • Plan and execute key talent programmes that align with the organisation’s strategic goals, ensuring alignment across multiple portfolio companies in 7 European countries
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee retention strategies focused on engagement, development, and career progression
  • Design, manage, and oversee the entire performance management cycle including performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, goal setting, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) using Workday
  • Create and deliver a scalable, high-impact onboarding experience tailored for new hires, newly acquired businesses, and incoming senior leaders
  • Design and implement a structured succession planning framework to identify, develop, and prepare internal talent for key leadership roles
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to communicate succession plans and talent strategies across the decentralised ecosystem
  • Strategically deploy an employee listening strategy, including the administration and analysis of the annual Global Employee Engagement survey
  • Lead vendor management for external talent development providers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and alignment with organisational needs
  • Translate complex talent data into actionable insights that improve team performance and organisational effectiveness
  • Ensure all talent programmes comply with local regulations and cultural nuances across European markets
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities, adapting programmes as needed to meet evolving business demands
  • Maintain a holistic view of people strategy while executing granular details of programme delivery and system configuration in Workday
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority to secure buy-in for talent initiatives and cultural alignment
  • Partner with leadership to embed a high-performance culture rooted in continuous feedback, development, and accountability
  • Support the evolution of Everfield’s talent infrastructure as the ecosystem grows, ensuring scalability and consistency across new portfolio companies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent development best practices and workforce planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive personnel data and performance discussions
  • Promote inclusivity and equity in all talent processes, ensuring fair and consistent application across diverse teams and locations
  • Drive continuous improvement of talent systems, tools, and processes based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs
  • Communicate talent programme outcomes and impact clearly to leadership through reports and presentations
  • Ensure all talent development activities support Everfield’s mission to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities across Europe’s software ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience working with a HRIS system, preferably Workday
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience working with a European organisation and an appreciation of how to tailor approaches to achieve successful outcomes
  • Experience in senior or executive talent management
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise and adapt as needed
  • A proven track record of managing complex talent programmes and projects, involving vendor management
