• • The Talent Development Program Coordinator role is critical to ensuring smooth operation of employee engagement, compliance, performance initiatives, and content libraries through effective management of cyclical processes and administrative systems.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include curating Talent Development content in Confluence and Seismic Learning, leading documentation and permission audits, administering pulse and deep-dive surveys via CultureAmp, partnering with Compliance on annual training tracking, supporting performance cycles in Workday, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
• • The Talent Development team at Enova International focuses on fostering employee growth and organizational effectiveness through structured learning, compliance, and engagement programs, leveraging technology and data to drive impact.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in HRIS systems (Workday), learning management platforms (Seismic Learning), survey tools (CultureAmp), and AI-driven workflow optimization, while gaining end-to-end experience in talent program coordination and data-informed decision-making.
