- • The Talent Development Specialist – Learning Systems owns and optimizes the end-to-end learning experience within Workday Learning and supports LinkedIn Learning as part of the broader learning ecosystem at Solv Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects nationwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing courses, learning paths, programs, and certifications in Workday Learning; defining and maintaining content standards such as taxonomy, tagging, and audiences; partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to intake and organize learning content; supporting deployment across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced modalities; managing LinkedIn Learning access and learner experience; troubleshooting learner and manager issues related to access, enrollment, and completions; driving adoption through improved accessibility and usability; enabling accurate training reporting by structuring learning data and leveraging Workday Learning reporting capabilities; analyzing learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement; serving as a subject matter expert for Workday Learning by training stakeholders and promoting best practices; identifying and implementing usability and navigation enhancements; partnering with HRIS to align system capabilities with Talent Development priorities; and promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- • The role sits within the Talent Development function and collaborates closely with HRIS, instructional designers, content creators, and third-party vendors to ensure learning content is structured, governed, and delivered effectively to support employee development and training insights.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in Workday Learning administration, learning experience design, instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, learning analytics, and LMS governance; develop stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills; gain experience in scaling learning programs across modalities; enhance data-driven decision-making through learning reporting and insights; and contribute to organizational learning culture while advancing career growth in talent development and learning systems.
