- ⢠Drive the full-cycle talent acquisition process for high-impact HR roles across the Twin Cities market, sourcing and placing contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire professionals for Fortune 500, mid-market, and emerging-growth organizations.
- ⢠Own a dynamic book of business by identifying new opportunities, negotiating service agreements, and expanding existing accounts through consultative sellingâleveraging video calls, phone outreach, and in-person meetings with CFOs, VPs of HR, and hiring managers.
- ⢠Serve as the trusted career advisor to a curated pipeline of HR generalists, specialists, and senior leadersâconducting behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and compensation negotiations while providing ongoing coaching that accelerates their professional growth.
- ⢠Manage complex client engagements from kickoff through completion, ensuring service-level agreements are met, change orders are handled seamlessly, and both client and candidate satisfaction scores exceed 90 %.
- ⢠Collaborate with a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and account managers to share market intelligence, refine best practices, and continuously improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- ⢠Represent Robert Half at local SHRM chapter events, industry roundtables, and networking mixersâbuilding brand visibility, generating referral pipelines, and positioning the firm as the premier HR talent partner in Minnesota.
- ⢠Utilize Salesforce CRM to track every stage of the sales and recruiting funnel, analyze conversion data, and create actionable reports that inform strategic decisions and forecast revenue.
- ⢠Champion Robert Halfâs âEthics Firstâ philosophy by promoting inclusive hiring practices, mentoring diverse talent, and contributing to community initiatives that advance workplace equity.
