- • As Business Talent Lead at Sardine, you will own hiring across go-to-market and G&A organizations, helping shape how the company scales by partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and close top talent.
- • You will lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, partnerships, post-sales, sales engineering, marketing, finance, legal, security, people, and other business roles, while driving proactive sourcing, managing candidate experience, and owning offer strategy and closing.
- • Sardine is a remote-first fraud prevention and AML compliance leader with hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo, backed by $145M from top investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Google Ventures, and trusted by over 300 banks, retailers, and fintechs worldwide.
