đź“‹ Description
- • As Talent Marketing Lead at Skelar AS in Kyiv, you will drive the strategic vision and operational execution of talent acquisition initiatives that position Ukraine as a competitive hub for global tech talent, directly supporting the company’s mission to retain and attract top local expertise without requiring relocation to traditional tech hubs.
- • You will lead and scale a high-performing Talent Marketing team, overseeing end-to-end campaign development—from interpreting business briefs and ideation sessions to launching full-scale recruitment projects and embedding them within compelling market narratives that resonate locally and internationally.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing talent marketing projects across tech, product, analytics, and other domains; designing and executing large-scale events such as hackathons, conferences, and forums (250+ participants); developing owned media channels to amplify talent brand visibility; optimizing recruitment funnels using CPL and conversion rate metrics; building and nurturing partnerships with universities, student organizations, and professional communities; and collaborating closely with the 16-member Communications team to align messaging and creative output.
- • You will report to Iryna Franchuk, Head of Communications at Skelar AS, and work within a collaborative, mission-driven environment where your initiatives will directly contribute to both corporate talent goals and social impact through the SKELAR Foundation, including communicating CSR initiatives like the veteran tech incubator launched in December 2025.
- • The team operates at the intersection of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and community engagement, offering you the opportunity to shape innovative talent strategies in a fast-growing Eastern European tech ecosystem while gaining deep expertise in cross-functional project leadership, data-informed decision-making, and narrative-driven employer branding at scale.
- • This role is ideal for a systems-thinking visionary who thrives on turning complex briefs into executable plans, possesses strong creative and analytical abilities, and is passionate about using marketing principles to solve talent challenges—especially in contexts where local talent can build globally competitive products from Kyiv.

- • Proven experience organizing and managing large-scale events (conferences, hackathons, forums) for 250+ participants from concept to execution
- • Demonstrated ability to create persuasive pitch decks that effectively sell ideas to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking and interpreting key metrics such as CPL and conversion rates to optimize recruitment funnels
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and fact-checking abilities
- • Proven track record of launching successful initiatives from scratch, including building processes, partnerships, or new market entries
- • Significant advantage: experience building partnerships with universities, government bodies, or large corporations
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to lead impactful talent marketing initiatives that strengthen Ukraine’s position as a global tech talent hub
- • Collaborative work environment with a skilled Communications team of 16 professionals and direct mentorship from the Head of Communications
- • Engagement in meaningful CSR activities through the SKELAR Foundation, including supporting veteran tech entrepreneurs and war recovery initiatives
- • Professional growth in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and cross-functional project leadership within a scaling tech organization
- • Flexibility to innovate and experiment with creative formats, including owned media development and special projects/collaborations
- • Contribution to a mission-driven culture focused on retaining top talent in Kyiv by showcasing local opportunities for global impact
