  • • As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, playing a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, effectively communicating Immersive Labs' unique value proposition and the transformative power of our cybersecurity training platform. This involves a strategic blend of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with inbound marketing leads.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing a dynamic sales strategy, leveraging various channels to identify and qualify sales opportunities. This requires a proactive and persistent approach, coupled with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves demonstrating the Immersive Labs platform to prospective clients. You will need to understand their specific needs and challenges, and showcase how our innovative solutions can address them. This requires not only product knowledge but also the skill to tailor demonstrations to resonate with different audiences and industries.
  • • Collaboration is central to our sales process. You will work closely with our Account Executive (AE) team, providing them with a robust pipeline of qualified leads. This partnership ensures a seamless transition from initial contact to closing the deal, maximizing efficiency and revenue generation. You will also interface closely with the marketing team, contributing to campaigns and leveraging marketing-generated leads.
  • • Meticulous record-keeping is essential. You will be responsible for consistently and reliably logging all your activities, interactions, and progress in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which is Salesforce. Accurate data entry is crucial for tracking performance, forecasting, and informing future sales strategies.
  • • This role is designed for individuals who are hungry for success, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and develop into world-class technology sales professionals.
