- • The Talent Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and professional candidate and employee experience across the full talent lifecycle—from interview coordination to onboarding and offboarding—directly supporting Rundoo’s mission to scale its team while maintaining high standards in talent operations.
- • Day to day, the person will coordinate and schedule interviews (both virtual and on-site), manage candidate logistics, maintain the Ashby ATS with accurate records and reporting, oversee pre-boarding and onboarding for Philippine hires including compliance documentation and equipment setup, handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and system access revocation, and support internal talent administration such as document management and recruiter assistance.
- • Rundoo is a fast-growing tech company backed by Bessemer and CRV, dedicated to modernizing independent supply stores across the Philippines with innovative technology. The team comprises builders, sellers, and industry veterans focused on bringing enterprise-grade tools to an underserved market.
- • In this role, the person will gain deep expertise in end-to-end talent operations within a high-growth startup, develop proficiency in Ashby ATS and HR systems, strengthen project management and stakeholder coordination skills, and contribute to process improvements that scale with the company’s rapid expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • 3 years of experience in talent coordination, HR operations, or recruiting support with exposure to end-to-end hiring and onboarding
- • Based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, Bulacan)
- • Registered with the BIR as an independent contractor
- • Proficient in Google Suite and experienced with Ashby or another ATS (preferred)
- • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
