- • Be the architect of LangChain’s next-level hiring machine. You will own every gear—from ATS configuration to recruiter enablement—so that every candidate who touches LangChain experiences a fast, fair, and unforgettable process.
- • Audit, re-architect, and continuously tune our Ashby ATS and the broader recruiting tech stack. You will map every stage of the funnel, eliminate friction, and guarantee 100 % data fidelity so that leadership can make decisions on numbers they trust.
- • Design and deliver a world-class interviewer-training program. You will craft rubrics, shadow sessions, and certification paths that ensure every engineer, PM, and GTM leader interviews with the same bar of rigor and empathy.
- • Build and maintain the single source of truth for talent analytics. You will spin up Looker dashboards that surface pipeline health, recruiter throughput, and diversity metrics in real time, turning raw data into the story that drives weekly business reviews.
- • Own high-impact talent programs end-to-end: super-charge our referral engine, craft employer-brand campaigns that resonate with AI-native engineers, and refine our employee value proposition so that LangChain becomes the obvious choice for top-tier talent.
- • Manage the recruiting P&L. You will negotiate contracts with job boards, sourcing tools, and agencies, track spend against funnel ROI, and sunset vendors that no longer deliver outsized impact.
- • Lead and mentor a high-performing recruiting-coordination pod. You will set SLAs, design career ladders, and create playbooks that let coordinators own candidate experience like true ambassadors of the brand.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People Ops, Legal, and every hiring manager to lock headcount plans, forecast start dates, and keep the trains running on time—even when priorities shift overnight.
- • Champion automation and AI at every step. Whether it’s auto-generating interview kits, deploying GPT-powered screeners, or building Slack bots that nudge interviewers, you will turn manual grunt work into zero-touch magic.
- • Drive a culture of experimentation. You will A/B test everything from outreach copy to onsite formats, measure impact, and scale the winners across the org.
- • Be the guardian of compliance and candidate privacy. You will keep us ahead of GDPR, CCPA, and evolving state regulations while ensuring a human, respectful experience for every applicant.
- • Celebrate wins loudly. You will design rituals—offer-call playlists, Slack kudos, quarterly “Hire of the Quarter” spotlights—that keep the team energized and the bar sky-high.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in Talent Operations or Recruiting Programs within a high-growth, venture-backed startup
- • Expert-level Ashby (or equivalent ATS) administration and data-visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, SQL)
- • Demonstrated history of designing interviewer-training curricula and scaling consistent hiring processes across technical and non-technical teams
- • 3+ years managing recruiting-coordination or talent-operations teams with a track record of developing top talent
